Is Stage 2 mesothelioma curable?

When a patient is diagnosed with mesothelioma at any stage, no currently existing treatment can guarantee a cure. In stage 2 mesothelioma, a tumor has started at a point of origin on the mesothelium and then spread to neighboring lymph nodes. This sets the stage for it to spread further if not checked.
